One of Ramanujan’s most impressive discoveries is a type of formulas for $1/\pi$ that comes from modular parametrization of some hypergeometric series. In this talk, we focus on finding $q$-analogues of these formulas. We will employ the combinatorial tool of Wilf-Zeilberger pairs, and provide several examples of such $q$-analogues, involving both ordinary modular forms and mock modular forms.
