Description
| We study the totally asymmetric simple exclusion process (TASEP) on the integers with first- and second-class particles, a prototypical example of a multicomponent model in the KPZ universality class. Under stationary initial conditions, we investigate the large-time interaction between two natural marginal processes: those consisting of first-class and of all particles. We establish their asymptotic decoupling at the level of height functions and two-point functions, thereby confirming predictions of nonlinear fluctuating hydrodynamics. The talk is based on joint work with Patrik Ferrari, available at arXiv:2504.00765. |
