 orkshop explores the application of continuous and discrete functional ana
 lysis tools to the numerical discretization of partial differential equati
 ons. Key topics include the construction of finite-dimensional exact seque
 nces\, and the study of right-inverses for differential operators and form
 s. Further focus is placed on functional inequalities in broken Sobolev sp
 aces and their application to nonlinear problems\, including Leray-Lions a
 nd non-Newtonian models\, alongside the study of convergence under low dat
 a regularity. Discussions will also cover the K-method of interpolation\, 
 the challenges posed by the Lavrentiev gap\, and the preservation of physi
