 cientific and engineering challenges increasingly require accurate mathem
 atical models and efficient numerical methods capable of handling coupled
 \, multiphysics\, and multiscale phenomena on complex domains. While adva
 nces in high-performance computing have enabled simulations of unprecedent
 ed size and resolution\, the design of robust and scalable numerical techn
 iques remains a central and evolving challenge.\nThis workshop aims to bri
 ng together researchers working at the forefront of modelling\, analysis\,
  and numerical approximation of interdisciplinary and real-world problems.
  Contributions are invited on a broad spectrum of topics\, spanning both s
 tate-of-the-art computational modelling of differential problems as well a
 s emerging areas\, including hybrid\, learning-based\, data-driven and qua
 ntum computational approaches. Application domains will include advanced c
 omputational modeling of problems in engineering\, geophysical systems\, a
