 ng event directed at PhD students and recent Postdocs\, which will take pl
 ace within the framework of the Trimester Program "Nonstandard Discretizat
 ions of Partial Differential Equations: from Theory to Applications".\nThe
  online application platform to participate in the school will be accessi
 ble shortly after the due date to apply for participation in the trimester
  program has expired.\nPlease note: Application is mandatory\, except for
  PhD students and early career researchers who have already been invited t
 o participate in the Trimester Program.\nResearchers from the HCM\, in par

 matic school covers modern\, robust numerical methodologies designed to so
 lve complex and nonlinear Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) where stan
 dard finite element methods (FEM) fall short. The program bridges rigorous
  mathematical analysis with advanced algorithmic design\, exploring key co
 re areas including: structure-preserving schemes that maintain discrete ma
 ximum principles and global bounds via linear and nonlinear viscosity\; mi
 xed finite element formulations for nonlinear multiphysics coupled with fi
 xed-point contractivity analysis\; nonconforming methods capable of overco
 ming the "energy gap" in models with nonstandard\, anisotropic growth.\n\n
