DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Rabea Seidenberg\n\n\nWe review and discuss the idea
s\, methods and applications of the latest developments on the Riemann ze
ta and allied functions. This includes in particular the recently establi
shed proof of the quasi Riemann Hypothesis over the rational numbers as w
ell as over general number fields and its manifold consequences\, ranging
from Artin's primitive root conjecture and torsion in class groups to eq
uidistribution of periodic torus orbits of higher degree fields.\nThe tar
get group are early career researchers with an excellent background in an
alytic number theory. The collaborative retreat will feature lectures by
the organizers as well as exercise sessions and projects in small workgro
ups in the stimulating atmosphere of the Hausdorff Institute.\nScientific
