 oric varieties\, flag varieties are one of the rare classes of objects in 
 algebraic geometry on which one can perform explicit calculations and test
  conjectures. In positive characteristic\, there are ‘twisted’ version
 s of these varieties\, i.e. homogeneous varieties (projective\, rational) 
 with a non-reduced parabolic subgroup as stabiliser. In this talk\, I will
  present their classification\, starting with the history of the problem a
 nd ending with a uniform description\, independent of the group and the ch
 aracteristic of the base field. If time permits\, I will address the first
