Quotients of affine and periodic Temperley-Lieb algebras and construction of their Jones--Wenzl idempotents

We study families of quotients of the affine and periodic Temperley--Lieb algebras with interest in their fusion relation to conformal field theories. We provide their diagrammatic construction and find the coefficients of their Jones--Wenzl idempotents (assuming Ocneanu's formula for the classical Jones--Wenzl projectors). We will then relate the traces of these to the trace of the extremal weight projectors of Queffelec and Wedrich and to certain correlation functions of two-dimensional models on torus by Di Francesco, Saleur and Zuber.
