DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Devarshi Mukherjee (Uni Münster)\n\nWe introduce a
 presentable\, stable infinity categorical \nenhancement of Cuntz-Meyer-Ros
enberg's bivariant K-theory for \nbornological algebras. The resulting cat
egory is the universal target \nfor filtered colimit preserving functors s
atisfying smooth homotopy \ninvariance\, matricial stability and excision.
I will discuss the \nrelationship between this invariant and bivariant K-
theory for \nC*-algebras. This is ongoing joint work with Anupam Datta.\n\
