This will be an unremarkable talk about a remarkable functor.  An essential element of Soergel's proof of the Kazhdan-Lusztig conjectures was the construction of a functor from BGG Category O to modules over the cohomology ring of the Langlands dual flag variety. In this talk I will introduce an analogous functor from the category of finite dimensional representations of an algebraic group in prime characteristic to modules over the cohomology ring of the Langlands dual affine Grassmannian. We conjecture this functor is isomorphic to hypercohomology under the Finkelberg-Mickovic conjecture.  This talk is based on joint work with T. Fell, A. Romanov, A. Sherman and G. Williamson.
