The aim of this talk is to introduce multiple $\wp$-functions, defined as iterated sums of the Weierstrass $\wp$-function. Furthermore, these functions can be viewed as analogues of the so-called multitangent functions. We investigate how the structural properties satisfied by multitangent functions lift to the setting of multiple $\wp$-functions. This talk is based on joint work with Hayato Kanno (Tohoku University).
